Technique is something that comes with experience and you learn what works best for you and your team. It might not always work for each team but we at Nespi have found a way to "Capture" evp's and we are very proud of this. We are currently working and training our new members so that we are all working in the same manner. I believe if you just carry on a "normal" conversation sometimes that is the best way to capture!!! Best of luck and if anyone has there own "way" feel fee to chat about it here !
